Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent's impugned order dated 09.06.2005 in his proceeding No.37826/No.3/2005 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to regularize the period of suspension of the petitioner from 05/12/1979 to 15/11/1982 and pay him salary and backwages for the period of suspension, deducting the subsistence allowance already paid and pass orders.
