Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order for exemption of Court Fee for a sum of RS.3000/- instead of Rs.3187/- in the (CMP NO.465/2017 in CMA SRNO.520/2017). Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.MALAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant/claimant to order exemption of court fee for a sum of Rs.3,187/- in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant/Claimant.
