This petition is filed to accord leave to the appellants to raise and urge additional grounds of Second Appeal and hear the Second Appeal on the basis of the original and as well as additional grounds of Second appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.
