Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 20.01.2023 in Tr.O.P.No.4865 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Judge at Family Court, Chennai in O.P.No.4812 of 2019 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing on 10.03.2023. After hearing both parties, the Petition was dismissed on the same day, on 10.03.2023.

2.On 13.03.2023, the learned Revision Petitioner sought to mention it. Therefore, Registry was directed to post this case with the caption "For Being Mentioned".

3.Accordingly, today, 14.03.2023 the case came up for hearing. 4.The Revision Petitioner (Wife) is the Respondent in O.P.No.4812 of 2019 before the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that already the Wife had filed I.A.No.6 of 2022 seeking permission to produce additional document; I.A.No.2 of 2021 seeking return of Gold and Silver Ornaments and I.A.No.5 of 2021 seeking permanent alimony. The learned Counsel further contended that before proceeding with the disposal of O.P.No.4812 2/6

of 2019, the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai shall be directed to dispose of these Interim Applications. Accordingly, the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of these Interim Applications.

5.The learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that I.A.No.6 of 2022 has a bearing on the OP.No.4812 of 2019 . Therefore, the same may be taken up for an early enquiry. Regarding Gold and Silver Ornaments in I.A.No.2 of 2021 and I.A.No.5 of 2021 for permanent alimony, enquiry can be taken up simultaneously, along with O.P.No.4812 of 2019. 6.The learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to take up enquiry in I.A.No.6 of 2022 regarding permission sought by the Wife to file an additional document and also to consider the request of both parties regarding disposal of I.A.Nos.2 and 5 of 2021 before passing orders in O.P.No.4812 of 2019.

7.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.03.2023 cda Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order 4/6
