O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 16.03.2020 made in W.P.No.4788 of 2010. 2.

When the matter was called today, learned Counsel for the petitioner requested for short accommodation to ascertain the compliance of the order passed by this Court from his client. 3.

However, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the balance amount of Rs.62,650/- had been paid to the petitioner on 14.09.2021 and consequently, her monthly family pension also has been worked out which comes to Rs.7405/- p.m. Therefore, since the order of this Court made in W.P.No.4788 of 2010 dated 16.03.2020 has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.

Learned Counsel for the 1st respondent stated that the cost of Rs.15,000/- as directed by this Court by an order dated 17.09.2021 has also been paid to the petitioner on 29.09.2021.

Therefore, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the 2nd respondent and the learned Counsel for the 1st respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
