The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to refer of the dispute regarding unfair labour practice committed by the management based on the Conciliation Officer failure report bearing Ref.No.Aa1/9859/09 dated 02.06.2010, to the Industrial Tribunal, City Civil Court Building, Chennai - 600 104 and to fix a time limit for the Industrial Tribunal to decide the matter after reference is made.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she already handed over the entire bundle to the petitioner along with change of Vakalath in the year 2013 itself. 3.
However, so far the petitioner did not engage any counsel on his behalf to represent before this Court. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the present writ petition. 4.
Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
