This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent culminated in the Impugned Order o.mu/D.R/952/04.05 dated NIL and quash the same and direct the third respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the entire extent of Plot No.290, Lakshmi Ammal Street, Ayyavoo Naidu Colony, Aminjikarai, Chennai-600 029.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away. Hence, further liberty may be granted to the legal heirs if so advised, to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
