ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent dated 11.06.2015 by revoking the order of suspension and reinstating the petitioner into service and thereafter conduct enquiry as per the direction of this Court in W.P.No.4153 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated in service by order dated 23.06.2015 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
