petitioner and of MR.SRIRAM, Advocate for MR.K.GOVIGANESAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 232 days in representing the petitions, viz., to condone the delay in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant; and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in the above second appeal.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
4. Post this matter on 16.12.2021.
