Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail Condition that the petitioner shall report before respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.Op.NO. 15113 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.NARESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15113 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 24.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.15113 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on first working day of every month at 10.00a.m., till filing of the final report.
