Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent bearing reference No.Na.Ka.No.A24/8403/2008 dated 01.02.2010, on the file of the 1st respondent relating to the impugned order proceedings No.AD1/24252/2010 dated 04.02.2011 and quash the same and consequently reinstate the petitioner into service with all back wages, monetary and other benefits. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner herein had expired and when the petitioner had filed a petition in W.M.P.No.29823 of 2019, seeking for substituting the legal heirs of the petitioner, this Court had dismissed the miscellaneous petition on 06.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Thereafter, the petitioner has not challenged the said order.
3. Since the sole petitioner had expired, the writ petition itself is abated. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
