Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased To direct the Registry to receive the above Fixed Deposit amount dated 04.12.2021 Account No.7127272982 bearing the FDR No.0994886 to and in favour of the Registrar General High Court Madras, which was deposited to the credit of the above said appeal in CMP No.17727 of 2021 and 17729 of 2021 in AS No.506 of 2020 (in CMP.No.3038 of 2022) pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.TKD.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the 1,2 and 3 Respondents, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Consequent to the orders in CMP No.17727 and 17729 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021, the petitioner herein has sought a further direction seeking to the Registry to receive the fixed deposit receipts through which he had deposited the amounts as directed in the aforementioned CMPs.

2.Let the Registry receive it and hold it over and await further orders of this Court. Hence, the petition is allowed. 3.The Registry may print the name of Mr.TKD.Govindarajan, learned counsel for R1, R2 and R3 in the cause list, for the hearing date 11.03.2022.

4.Call the matter once again on 11.03.2022.
