Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fourth Respondents to return back the original title deeds of the Petitioner by cancelling the mortgage deed vide document No. 2944 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Gomangalam within a time frame as fixed by this Court based on the Petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2024. The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that he had made a representation dated 03.01.2024 to the First to Fourth Respondents to return his original title deeds by cancelling the mortgage deed bearing Document No. 2944 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Gomangalam, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts that the Respondents have handed over the original title deeds to the Petitioner as sought by him in the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs. 26.03.2024 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 05.04.2024.
