Heard Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Anand Gopalan, the learned counsel for the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that there is no instruction from the petitioner so far and he could not able to establish any communication with the petitioner as he is not available.
