2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Sole Petitioner has died and is unable to get in touch with the Legal Heirs of the deceased sole Petitioner. Under these circumstances, these Writ Petitions are dismissed with liberty to restore the same as and when the legal heirs desire to pursue the case. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
