This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.C.No.95 of 2012 on the file of Learned XVII Additional Sessions and City Civil Judge, At Chennai, and to examine the same and to transfer the sessions case pending in S.C.No.95 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2012 from the file of Learned XVII Additional Sessions and City Civil Judge, Chennai to any other Sessions Court of Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocte on instructions submitted that all the witnesses have already been examined and the case is now at the stage of questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioners cannot be considered at this stage.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
