The learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the Electricity Board, made a submission that the arrears of demand made by the Electricity Board had been settled by the writ petitioner and there is no due towards the arrears of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
demand. In view of the said submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Electricity Board, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
