Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings No.2163/II/04-1, dated 24.03.2005 and to quash the same as illegal.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the order of the first respondent dated 24.03.2005.

2. Perusal of the records would reveal that the petitioner challenges the acceptance of the oral resignations of the Executive Committee Members in the Annual General Meeting and also the appointment of the temporary members for the Executive Committee.

3. The learned Government Advocate, who is appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
