O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2021 and to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the
respondents 3 to 7 and cancel the Patta which was issued in favor of the respondents 3 to 7.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice to the official respondents. Since no adverse orders are being passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property an extent of 0.46 cents comprised in Survey No.69/2 situated at Murugamangalam Village, Arani, Devikpuram, Tiruvannamalai District. However, the Tahsildar has included the private respondents name in the patta, objecting the same the petitioner made a representation before the Tahsildar on 22.12.2021 However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issue a direction to the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2021 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2021 will be considered by the respondents within the time frame fixed by this Court.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2021 and pass orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 7, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. with the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
