Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order made in A.3442/2003 dated 28.10.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents, from many manner interfering or preventing the petitioners right to cut, remove and transport their unregistered sugarcane from their respective lands to its destination.
