PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying to direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram District to dispose the Suit in O.S. No.102 of 2018 within a stipulated time period fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Additional 1/3

District and Sessions Court, Villupuram District to dispose of the Suit in O.S. No.102 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein is the 4th defendant in the Suit and the 1st respondent herein filed a Suit for partition. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the Suit summons are not served on the 6th defendant. Since the service of summons on the defendants are not completed, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction at this stage.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again after service of summons on the defendants. No costs.
