This petition is filed to amend the prayer as Spl SC.No.206 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, (wherever it occurs) instead of Crime No.59 of 2022 on the file of second respondent Police in Crl.O.P.No.1312 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2.In the said circumstances stated in the affidavit, having satisfied with the reasons given for the amendment, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the suitable amendment in the petition.
