ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The case of the petitioner is that he had preferred appeal under Section 79 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 to respondent No.1 on 31.07.2018.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is that the said appeal be disposed of within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the first respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all concerned.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
