Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate submitted that against the order dated 28.02.2014 passed in WP No.6437 of 2014, the State Government has preferred an Writ Appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench in WA https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No.741 of 2016. The Hon'ble Division Bench by an order

dated 24.06.2016 had stayed the order of the learned Single Judge.

In view of the above submission, this Contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition, subject to the final outcome of the writ appeal.
