ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is an anticipatory bail application. These petitioners on the apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police have moved this petition. According to the prosecution, the petitioners while celebrating new year had quarreled with the defacto complainant, who is the neighbour. Therefore, the complaint was given to take action against these petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC.

2. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor makes submissions that there was no serious injury and the injured were treated and got discharged from the hospital. It is further submitted that there was no previous case as against these petitioners.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

(i) That the petitioners in the event of their arrest shall be released on bail within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on further condition that each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam and (ii) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
