O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 420 of IPC and Sections 4(1) and 76(1) of Chit Funds Act, 1982 in 1/4

Cr.No.45 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31032 of 2025 dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition for the following reasons:

" ..... 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner had cheated 18 subscribers to the tune of Rs.50,81,201/- and that the amount has not been recovered so far. He further submitted that the defacto complainant's share in the chit is a sum of Rs.4,38,000/- and that the investigation is still pending. However, he opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials available on record.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions made by both the counsel, the nature 2/4

of the allegations and the huge amount involved, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. .

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed ".

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
