This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3584/2020/E3 pending complaint dated 21.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultra virus.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
