This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in implementing the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.24872 of 2015 dated 12.08.2015.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed in W.P.No.24872 of 2015 dated 12.08.2015, has already been complied with and hence, no further adjudication is required.
