ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to modify the condition imposed by the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Chennai dated 03.05.2017 passed in Crl M.P.No.4215 of 2017. 2.It appears that while granting bail to the petitioner, the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai has directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.197/2017 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai on or before 17.05.2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is poor and he is not in a position to comply with the condition imposed by the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai. Therefore, he seeks modification. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed by the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Chennai passed in Crl M.P.No.4215 of 2017 dated 03.05.2017 is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.197 of 2017 on the file of the V https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions shall stand unaltered.

5.The criminal original petition is disposed of, accordingly.
