These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) C.M.P.No.2273 of 2022 has been filed for bringing the petitioners 2 to 5 herein on record as legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner by ranking them as petitioners 2 to 5 in C.R.P.No.1247 of 2020. (ii) C.M.P.No.16137 of 2022 has been filed for condoning the delay of 271 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole petitioner.

(iii) C.M.P.No.16139 of 2022 has been filed for setting aside the abatement in C.R.P.No.1247 of 2020 caused due to the death of the deceased sole petitioner.

2. Heard Ms.Elizabeth Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Though the respondent was served with notice and her name is printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of her.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
