ORDER
This matter earlier came for consideration before this Court on 11.11.2024. there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal.
2.Today (18.11.2024), inspite of the matter being listed under the caption for Dismissal, there is no representation for the petitioners either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session. In these circumstances, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution.
3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Thre shall be no order as to cost. 18.11.2024 vsn 4/6
