PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to order Judicial enquiry by a Retired Judge of this Hon'ble Court with respect to the misuse of powers and atrocities committed by the respondents 3 to 8 herein against the petitioner, take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 8 herein and pay compensation to the petitioner for the damage caused to his reputation and profession, on the basis of the enquiry report.

2. Today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
