Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to follow the rules of seniority and First come first served principle as laid down by this Honourable Court in W.P.11268/03 dt. 15.12.03 keeping in mind the limit of 250 minibus permits is in relation to the entire district without any reference to areawise ceiling on the number of permits to be issued.
