Chakrapani Street, Saligramam, Chennai 600 093 ..Respondents/Respondents This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time for executing the Security bond in O.P.No.525 of 2018 before this Honble Court. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- This application is filed to extend the time for executing security bond in O.P.No.525 of 2018. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel submitted that the security bond was required to be executed within three months from the date of the order dated 18.07.2019. However, the applicant was unable to come to India within time to execute the said bond. Therefore, extension of time is requested.

2. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel and on examining the affidavit in support of the application, I find that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for extension of time. Accordingly, this application is allowed by extending the time for execution

of bond in O.P.No.525 of 2018 by a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Sd/.S.K.R.J.
