This application has been filed for extension of a further period of 6 months to complete the arbitration proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that substantial part of arbitral proceedings is over and the proceedings is pending in the stage of arguments and hence, further period of 6 months may be granted to complete the arbitration proceedings.

3. Having regard to the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with this petition and taking note of the stage of the arbitration proceedings, further period of 6 months is granted to complete the arbitration proceedings and this application is Ordered accordingly.
