Prayer in W.P.No.9643 of 2008:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari calling for records of the respondent in connection with the charge memo in R.C.No.34376/Admn5-1/07-2, dated 01.08.2007 and further proceedings of the respondent No.34376/Ad 5-1/2007 dated 28.11.2007 and quash the same.

Prayer in W.P.No.9644 of 2008:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari calling for records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order of suspension issued by him in Proc.34376/Admn 5/1/07/2, dated 17.03.2008 and quash the same. In both WPs.

petitions have become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
