O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed against the proceedings dated 02.01.2019 of the second respondent, wherein the petitioner was suspended from service and charge memo was issued.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that the order of suspension was revoked and the charges are dropped in the present issue.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.

4. Under these circumstances, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present case, as the issue has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
