2. According to the petitioners, the petitioners are the owners of the land and they are doing "Aqua Culture Farm" in an improved traditional farm. Now, the respondents are unnecessarily interfering with the petitioners' possession. Hence, the present writ petitions have been filed. 2/6

3. Earlier notice was ordered to the respondents.

4. Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.12034 of 2018, dated 23.11.2018, all the Acqua Culture Farms have been closed. As on date, the petitioners are not running the Acqua Culture Farm.

5. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, all the Writ Petitions are closed as no further adjudication is required in these petitions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
