Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorari, to call for the records relating to judgment and decree dated 29th June 2004 and made in L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2003 passed by the VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai and quash the said order of the second respondent as illegal and without jurisdiction.
