The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation dated 04.01.2018, wherein and whereby he sought for release of the insurance claim. It is stated that the third respondent has already sent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a report to the fourth respondent and therefore, the fourth respondent has to pass appropriate orders.

2. This Court is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the fourth respondent to consider and decide. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
