This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to consider petitioner name to appointment of the post of Kazi, Tiruvannamalai District, based upon petitioner representation dated 01.11.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking to consider his name for appointment to the post of Kazi, Tiruvannamalai District, however, the same has not yet been considered. The learned counsel further submitted that this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2023 and to pass appropriate orders.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 2/4

dated 01.11.2023, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered. 4.The writ petition is disposed of.
