O R D E R

The petitioner filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order and directions of this Hon'ble Court dated 05.09.2012 in W.P.No.5004 of 2010. 2.The order of this Court dated 05.09.2012 in W.P.No.5004 of 2010 has been complied with and 189 persons have been considered and pension has been given. The persons who are not considered, reason is given for the same.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt petition shall be closed by giving liberty to the unsuccessful persons to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to unsuccessful persons to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
