Heard Mr.M.Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.B.Raghavulu Naidu, learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposes these applications on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned.

It appears that after the judgment was delivered by the learned Single Judge, the applicants had filed a review.

The review was subsequently dismissed in January, 2022. Time was lost in proceeding with the review.

For the reasons stated in the respective accompanying affidavits, the delay of 305 days in filing the appeals is condoned.

Accordingly, these applications stand allowed and are disposed of.

List the appeals on 22.01.2024.
