Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in T.M.R. Code No.G878417 dated 11.06.15 and quash the same pertaining to the marks awarded for biology and consequentially direct the respondents to restore and issue the mark sheet in T.M.R. Code No.G439842 dated 07.05.15.
