(The 5th respondent is impleaded as per the order of this Court dated 16.3.16 made in Crl.MP.No.2992/16 in Crl.O.P.No.5449/2016) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the Respondents police to recover the petitioner's original educational certificates namely (i) X original mark sheet, (ii) Original Certificate of D.M.E. Course issued by Seshayee Institute of Technology, Trichy, (iii) B.E. (Mech) degree university issued by Alagappa University, Karaikudi and (iv) Certificate issued by Marine Engineering Training, Vizhakapattinam which are in the custody of the petitioner's wife N.Sasikala pursuant to the complaint given by him dated 23.06.2015.

O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents police to recover the petitioner's original educational certificates namely (i) X original mark sheet, (ii) Original Certificate of D.M.E. Course issued by Seshayee Institute of Technology, Trichy, (iii) B.E. (Mech) degree university issued by Alagappa University, Karaikudi and (iv) Certificate issued by Marine Engineering Training, Vizhakapattinam which are in the custody of the petitioner's wife N.Sasikala pursuant to the complaint given by him dated 23.06.2015 2.It is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and his wife. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint to recover his original certificates from the custody of his wife. 3.Heard, Mr.T.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Ms.R.Amizhdhu Parimala, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner and conduct enquiry with the petitioner and his wife and pass suitable orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
