Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondent vide proceedings in B.P.Ms.No.178 TWAD Estt. (D.P. Wing) dated 25.11.2004 and quash the same and direct the respondent to give promotional benefits to the petitioner on par with his juniors.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the respondent vide proceedings in B.P.Ms.No.178 TWAD Estt. (D.P. Wing) dated 25.11.2004 and quash the same and direct the respondent to give promotional benefits to the petitioner on par with his juniors.

3. Considering the change of circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
