Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.701, P.W.Dept., dated 25.08.1995 insofar as the denial of temporary service to count for seniority and consequential order of second respondent in proceeding No.S2(2)/46544/2004-3, dated 10.11.2004 and direct the respondents to restore the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant Engineer as per the order of second respondent dated 20.10.1998 and confer all consequential benefits.
