Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 06.05.2011 within a stipulated time as this Court fixes.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to file the present petition to forbear the respondents from converting the use of suit land from poramboke compost yard to an amusement park.

2.The petitioner prays for disposal of the representation dated 06.05.2011 made to the respondents.

3.The petitioner claims to be a social worker, but in effect, seeks to espouse the cause of expansion of the land requirement for the Court building. The connection is unknown. 4.Learned counsel for respondents state that even the socalled representation annexed with the typed set has not been received by them.

5.Be that as it may, a question would arise whether there is any proposal pending before the Government authorities for allotment of this land for infrastructure of the Court. This fact may be verified. If no such proposal is pending, a decision may be taken by the concerned authorities qua the use of the land, subject to any orders, which may have been passed by any competent Court. 6.Writ Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
