This application has been filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff to amend the cause title as per Scheme of Amalgamation between Andhra Bank and Corporation Bank i.e. the name of Union Bank of India as Applicant in place of Corporation Bank and continue to proceed with the recovery in the above suit in C.S.No.212 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection for allowing this application.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this application is allowed. Page No.1/3

5. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file amended copy of the plaint before the Registry on or before 07.04.2022.
