..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in C.O.P.No.69/2000 on the file of the first respondent and quash the warrant dated 24.01.2008 issued in E.P.No.6 of 2003 in C.O.P.No.69/2000 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nagai, the first respondent herein.
